has anyone had hypnosis performed on them to relieve any phobias? I’ve been smoking since I was 14 so about 20 years now, I’m a pretty heavy smoker. Also a pretty bad asthmatic, yes I know how stupid I am for smoking! Anyways, I’ve tried everything I can think of………cold turkey, nicotine patch, nicotine gum, zyban, and most recently hypnosis. Nothing has worked! My husband and I have sole custody of his 3 children, one of which is a 13 year old girl. She has a horrible habit of biting on the inside of her cheeks and she and I were discussing ways to help her stop.
